This system, part of the Managed Information System, allows for the entire team to communicate effectively regarding child and family information, and stay in compliance with all regulatory agencies.
The Adore Children and Family Services Managed Information System (MIS) is an online client information database that stores and tracks critical child and family information. The system tracks foster family compliance with state and local standards, in addition to visitation summaries and updates. The MIS also notes demographics, family information, placement and discharge statistics, and overall agency outcomes. Adore staff also utilize this database to properly monitor due dates for important appointments and/or clinical documentation.
Foster parents licensed through Adore are each given their own unique and secure login to to utilize the Foster Parent Portal. Here, families can track their foster home compliance, due dates and tasks for the children placed in their home, as well as find contact information for Case Workers, and Social Service Department Workers, download important agency and state/county forms, and also upload documents back into the system that are then immediately electronically filed in the child or foster family electronic record.
